Delivery Information

We offer a range of delivery options to get your orders to you conveniently and efficiently.

Domestic Deliveries

For orders shipped within the country, we provide two main services:

• Standard Delivery: This is an economy service with full tracking. Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
• Express Delivery: This is a premium service for next-working-day delivery. Orders must be placed before the specified cut-off time to be eligible for next-day dispatch. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed the following working day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This email will contain your tracking information, allowing you to follow the progress of your delivery.

International Shipping

We are pleased to ship to a wide range of international destinations. Please be aware that for orders shipped outside our domestic base, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please also note that international shipments can be subject to delays while undergoing customs clearance.
